“Sahara is genuinely one of the BEST restaurants in Edmonton. Every visit has been consistently excellent throughout my years of visiting, and the quality of the food never disappoints. My favorites are the muhammara, tabbouleh, kibbeh, and the mixed grills, but honestly, everything I’ve tried here has been delicious.

“Sunbake Pita Bakery is kinda far from where I live, but I have tried their Fatayer (meat), chicken shawarma, zaatar, and more, but honestly the food is amazing, and for the price, it's worth it!“

“I’ve been to this place many times and I’m always welcomed with a smile from the people working here. The crispy chicken shawarma in this restaurant is a 10/10 which is absolutely delicious. The manager Fadi is also very friendly and understanding. He even gave me a nice kunafa snack which was no nice of him. Best shawarma place in Downtown 🙌“

“Just enjoyed a great lunch here. Table shared mixed kebab platter, mixed shawarma platter, kibbeh and tabouli. Fresh pita was a standout, portions would feed even an American and the chicken kebab lived up to the hype.
