Great customer service.
Came in this evening and there were 2 young ladies working (a blonde and the other with curly hair) and they were the sweetest! Amazing customer service, 10/10 experience, will definitely be coming back!
I had no issues with my order. The young girl serving us was great, polite and courteous. I requested for 2 samples and I ended up ordering both nutella and chocolate swiss. They mixed my nuts into the ice cream which was great, BUT here is where they can improve on- the ice cream bar was not cleaned at all between each scoop and mashing. For instance, my friend has a minor peanut allergy, so thankfully she did not have any issues with the surface being in contact with my peanut...read full review
