“I recently ordered a pizza from this location, and while the food was okay, I was disappointed by the food-handling practices I observed. All of the employees were wearing disposable gloves, which might seem sanitary at first, but gloves only help if they are changed frequently. I noticed staff touching various surfaces and items while wearing the same gloves, then continuing to handle food.
Some employees were also wearing AirPods, and if they touch their earbuds and then continue preparing food without changing gloves, it defeats the purpose of wearing them. In my opinion, proper handwashing and changing gloves between tasks is much more hygienic than wearing the same pair of gloves for extended periods.
I hope management reviews food-safety procedures and ensures employees either wash their hands regularly or change gloves whenever they touch non-food surfaces. Clean food-handling practices are just as important as the quality of the food itself.
This version sounds professional, factual, and more likely to be taken seriously by management and other customers.“

“It was my first time ordering at this location. However, the staff member who assisted me seemed to have some difficulty communicating in English. I hope the owner can provide him with basic English language training, especially since this is an English-speaking customer area. Despite this concern, I still enjoy Papa John’s pizza and will continue to support the brand.“
“Excellent customer service at this location. I had accidentally placed a large order for the next day, when i arrived i found out i did, instead of turning me away until tomorrow (it was 100% my fault) they cooked 6 large pizzas in about 20 minutes. fantastic service“

“This was my first visit to Papa John's Pizza on 120 Avenue & 82 Street in Edmonton. I did not order food on this visit, but I did need to ask to use their microwave, as I was working on the roads nearby. The staff member was curtious, and did follow through with my request. I am very greatful that they would accommodate this for me, as the gas station across the road to the north was closed, so my options were rather thin. Thank you very much Papa John's Pizza staff member for assisting me. I would like to try your Pizza sometime, so I will be back one day.“

“We ordered a few Papa Johns Pizza because we had some friends over. We chose the Medium (12”) - Original Create Your Own Pizza. It was easy to order online and we just clicked on the choices we wanted. We decided to get the normal bake with cheese and original pizza sauce. As for toppings, we chose a few different types like Grilled Chicken, Pepperoni, 3 Cheese Blend, Beef and Spicy Italian Sausage. We ordered 8 pizzas and everyone enjoyed them very much. My favourite was definitely the Spicy Italian Sausage Pizza with its savoury flavour. The cheese added a ooey- gooey texture and blended well with the toppings and crust. Delizioso!!“
“This review not about a pizza. This review for staff who working there. My co worker car wasn’t able to start. It -25 outside. Three guys who work at papa John come helped us. One of them helped a bit and had to go because he has to deliver the pizza. Another two come after to helped. They didn’t were much jacket but still helping us. I really appreciate that. Thanks you papa John for good staff. Will recommend this store to anyone. I believe that a nice and helpful team often goes hand-in-hand with delicious dishes. Thanks again“
