Papa John's in Edmonton

“I was craving pizza and was too lazy to walk so i ordered some delivery here even though the shop is 5 minuites away from me. I wonder if the delivery guy thought if i was weird or not.🤔 i enjoyed eating my extra large 22 inch new york style pizza by myself. yummy.“

“I had an excellent experience at Papa John’s Pizza on Jasper Avenue thanks to Jason. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about the menu, helping me choose the best options. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a great experience. Employees like Jason are a huge asset to the team. I highly recommend this location because of the exceptional service he provides. Thank you, Jason, for making my visit so enjoyable!“

“I don't come here frequently, but everytime I do, it's consistent. I appreciate the quality ingredients and the preparation of them.
I think they cut their onions by hand and not a processor..much more appetizing!

They're always friendly and kind.“

“I recently ordered a pizza from this location, and while the food was okay, I was disappointed by the food-handling practices I observed. All of the employees were wearing disposable gloves, which might seem sanitary at first, but gloves only help if they are changed frequently. I noticed staff touching various surfaces and items while wearing the same gloves, then continuing to handle food.

Some employees were also wearing AirPods, and if they touch their earbuds and then continue preparing food without changing gloves, it defeats the purpose of wearing them. In my opinion, proper handwashing and changing gloves between tasks is much more hygienic than wearing the same pair of gloves for extended periods.

I hope management reviews food-safety procedures and ensures employees either wash their hands regularly or change gloves whenever they touch non-food surfaces. Clean food-handling practices are just as important as the quality of the food itself.

This version sounds professional, factual, and more likely to be taken seriously by management and other customers.“

“I ordered two extra large pizzas and wings on Saturday, April 18. The ordered arrived to our home quickly! We were beyond impressed at the quality of the foodm how hot the food was when it arrived, and it was delicious! Extremely impressed and will order again! Thank you!“

“It was sunday and I ordered a pizza off of door dash and showed up too early. There was only 1 girl working but she busted my order and another big order out super fast. And I took the pizza home and it was better than I thought it was going to be. I will definitely visit again. :)“

“Excellent customer service at this location. I had accidentally placed a large order for the next day, when i arrived i found out i did, instead of turning me away until tomorrow (it was 100% my fault) they cooked 6 large pizzas in about 20 minutes. fantastic service“

“The pizza at Papa John's was really good.
It was fresh, tasty, and made very well.
The service was also excellent from start to finish.
Staff were polite and greeted customers nicely.
The order came out quickly and correctly.
I had a very positive experience overall.“

“This location is easily the best with getting my custom order ready every time. Plus the pizza is always fresh, they are way more than generous with the toppings, and their delivery drivers are the best in the biz. My go-to place for pizza on the north side.“

“This was my first visit to Papa John's Pizza on 120 Avenue & 82 Street in Edmonton. I did not order food on this visit, but I did need to ask to use their microwave, as I was working on the roads nearby. The staff member was curtious, and did follow through with my request. I am very greatful that they would accommodate this for me, as the gas station across the road to the north was closed, so my options were rather thin. Thank you very much Papa John's Pizza staff member for assisting me. I would like to try your Pizza sometime, so I will be back one day.“

“Fantastic service from this location, we had a situation created the Uber Eats Driver. The manager at this location was quick and professional in creating a positive solution and outcome. We are very grateful for his professionalism in dealing with this and highly recommend doing business at this location.“

“A pepperoni pizza was ordered by me today. The manager on duty, Jaskaran Singh, helped me. He was super nice and polite. He made the whole experience fast and easy & did a great job!
Jaskaran showed what good customer service means actually. He made me feel happy and welcome at the store. I will definitely come back to this location. He is awesome🤗“

“I always get my garden fresh pizza from here and they serve the best pizza and customer service everytime I come. Shreya is the one that makes it and she speaks so nicely to me and always have a smile on her face. Truly the best customer service I have ever seen.☺️“

“It was my first time ordering at this location. However, the staff member who assisted me seemed to have some difficulty communicating in English. I hope the owner can provide him with basic English language training, especially since this is an English-speaking customer area. Despite this concern, I still enjoy Papa John’s pizza and will continue to support the brand.“

“We ordered a few Papa Johns Pizza because we had some friends over. We chose the Medium (12”) - Original Create Your Own Pizza. It was easy to order online and we just clicked on the choices we wanted. We decided to get the normal bake with cheese and original pizza sauce. As for toppings, we chose a few different types like Grilled Chicken, Pepperoni, 3 Cheese Blend, Beef and Spicy Italian Sausage. We ordered 8 pizzas and everyone enjoyed them very much. My favourite was definitely the Spicy Italian Sausage Pizza with its savoury flavour. The cheese added a ooey- gooey texture and blended well with the toppings and crust. Delizioso!!“
