“Came here to get some fried chicken for Father’s day, and Eon was at the till assisting me with every endeavor. He was polite and collected, answering my inquiries with precision and confidence. As the name “Eon” implies, his graciousness will extend for many millennia.“
“Pretty disappointed with my recent visit to Popeye’s. I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:56, ordered a blackened chicken sandwich, but was told they couldn’t make it because they were closing in a few minutes. I get that closing time is close, but if the posted hours say open until 11, customers shouldn’t be turned away that much earlier, especially for something on the regular menu. Felt more like they just didn’t want to take the order than a real policy. Didn’t really make me feel like a valued customer, honestly.

“Food is standard Popeyes offerings. The highlight of the visit was Leslian at the drive through today. Greeted me with a big smile, very friendly and professional. She was working the front by herself and was moving very fast packing and taking orders. Give this lady a raise!“

“Late night order - Aman made sure the food was hot and there was enough didn’t try to skimp us on the amount of chicken just to send us in our way. He was super kind with us waiting a few minutes longer and he kept everything moving up front. Thanks!“
“First time had a good experience from Popeyes. I ordered the food online and when i reach it was busy so the person who attended told me there is small wait time and offered a complimentary drink. Not writing this because of complimentary drink but the service they provide is very professional and welcoming. Appreciate the team!!!“

“Placed an order online and mistakenly order it in the West Edmonton Mall instead the Winterburn location. They called the WEM location and we got our order here at Winterburn. We save our time to drive to WEM.
Staff are very accommodating, taking time to resolve the issue and nice. We went there around 3:40pm today.

“Ordered through the drive through, did go in to use the bathroom and wash hands before eating the bathroom was spacious and kept clean. The store looked clean as well. We had to wait for fresh chicken tenders but it was pretty quick about 5 mins and they were blazing hot fresh and crispy. The fries were not as great but I dont love the fries anyway. Had a coke with my order is was crisp and delicious. The staff are wonderful there as well always happy, friendly and helpful.“

With the store being quiet when we stopped in, the visit felt simple, direct, and easy to navigate.
The food was the clear highlight. We came in for a quick bite and enjoyed juicy, well-cooked chicken that lived up well to the “cooked slow and served fast” line. The 3-piece chicken meal delivered that familiar Popeyes comfort, the blackened burger was flavourful and satisfying, the fries were delicious, and the mac and cheese added a warm, comforting side that rounded out the meal nicely.
What held the experience back was not the food, but the upkeep. A few maintenance and cleanliness details stood out more than they should have during a quieter visit. Better attention there would have made a meaningful difference and brought the overall experience more in line with the quality of the meal itself.
There is a solid base here: convenient access, family-friendly features, and food that was genuinely enjoyable. With more consistent maintenance, this location could leave a much stronger overall impression.“
“Just tried the garlic parm chicken wings. Oh my god. Incredible. They were so yummy!! Spicy creamy sauce, moist chicken, perfectly crispy breading, amazing flavor all around. Probably the best chicken wings I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m addicted“
“All 5 stars in this location. Customer service is superb! They said 15mins wait for my chicken, I said it's alright. While waiting they offered me drinks and the others too. Workers are friendly and very accomodating. They are all filipinos, that explained why the atmosphere in this location is excellent! 06/06/6pm“
