Remedy Café was ok. If you’re already in the area and you want to meet someone for coffee then Remedy isn’t a bad choice. Is it good enough to go out of your way or to take someone someplace special? No. Probably not. My chai latte was better than average when compared to a place like Starbucks – and easy 4 stars. Is the best I’ve ever had? No, but it is definitely better than most. I don't live far from the 124th street location. Do I go often? No. I go less and less. Every time I go I'm reminded why I don't go. Which is unfortunate because it is the only late night cafe in my area. The staff is loud and obnoxious, talking with their peers over the noise of the cafe and patrons. And the drinks are overpriced and average in quality. I used to love remedy but it's quality dropped over the years. I think the owners got lazy. Nothing special about remedy anymore.
