We had a resort but still had to wait. They only had 3 servers and a robot (which was cool!) And the place was packed. The service was slow. The lady was so busy that didn't explain how the burners worked or how the souce table worked. Luckily I am familiar with hot pot. I can see how a newbie would struggle. Asian Express on Calgary Trail used to be my favourite hotpot place in Edmonton until ~2018 for lunch and dinner, but it has dropped in the quality for their AYCE and portion for their lunch special. Overall 7.8/10. Some items worth trying if coming here include:- Lamb- Shrimp

Food quality is going downhill. Also, they have a program if you don't get a receipt you get a free meal. In my case, I asked for the receipt when I paid, still didn't get it. So I waited after they gave me my food in the drive thru and asked for my receipt again. Another staff came to the window and was surprised when I asked for the receipt and my free meal.
