“Odd Burger is by far the most affordable vegan restaurant in Edmonton. With the frequent 2-for-1 combo specials, half-off deals, app discounts, and $1.00 ice cream, my wife and I can both go out for dinner here and spend less than $15. Any other vegan restaurant in the city and we can easily expect a bill triple that amount. I am astonished at how well Odd Burger replicates the fast-food taste and atmosphere of the major chains. They have an extensive menu; I've been going regularly for over a year and have only tried about half of their offerings. There really is something for every palate here. I've also had good crossover success with my omnivore friends; they easily relate to the fast-food menu and find the food tasty. Also highly recommended are the Odd Burger frozen foods; they are available in-store and 7-11. (A few other places too, like Co-op I think). They don't really advertise the frozen goods in the Odd Burger restaurant, but they are available through the kiosk and app. The price is comparable to the common supermarket vegan meat, but I like the taste of Odd Burger's more. Also, Odd Burger is 100% Canadian while the supermarket vegan meats are often owned by American companies (even the ones that used to be Canadian). So yes, I highly recommend Odd Burger; it's my favorite restaurant in Edmonton.“

“CRAFT Beer Market Edmonton is my go to for great beer and food in a lively yet relaxed setting. The interior is spacious with high ceilings, industrial accents and big screens showing the game. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable about the rotating tap list featuring dozens of local craft beers and international favourites. I started with the kung pao lettuce wraps and soft pretzel with beer cheese dip… both were delicious and perfect for sharing. For mains the ahi tuna poke bowl and crispy chicken sandwich were fresh and flavourful. Their seasonal cocktails and beer flights are also worth trying. The rooftop patio offers a wonderful view of downtown and the atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends or colleagues. With attentive service, a diverse menu and a fantastic selection of drinks, CRAFT Beer Market never disappoints.“

“This has been one of my favourite restaurants for a long time. Dinning in is always wonderful, but anytime I order delivery this is always my top choice. I already have them a great review on Google, but once again the management team never disappoints! From time to time people make mistakes, that’s life. But when the restaurant goes above and beyond to make it right is a fading thing it seems, but not with JOEY mayfield common!! Twice now the management team has corrected the mistakes and offered great compensation for so. Like one of my favourite things when I order is that they throw in a free brownie. They missed it this one time and I called and she corrected on my next order. Thank you sooo much, the brownies are to die for 😍… you definitely hooked me up on this order too. Made me giggle 🤭. “oh man. We tried Loma House for the first time last night. I'm newly(ish) mostly vegetarian, my better half is a carnivore. We had a bit of everything. I didn't tell him until after all of this was vegan. He said with food like this "I could be vegan!" Atmosphere was nice, lots of space, very nice decor, and open space was really appreciated.

Food was a bit of a miss. Had the 1/2 chicken which seemed like a large breast cut in half and then placed on top of one another. Fries were stale and hard to eat.
Warm potato salad was nice with the smashed baby potatoes, however I would have liked more color. More corn & perhaps.some chives or green onions to make it more visually appealing.

“Located off of Whytes Road, this place is serving up some delicious local meats, from brisket, ribs, pulled pork, etc they've got it all.
Their brisket was tender and flavorful.
The pork ribs were smokey, and crispy on the outside but tender on the inside.
We order a side of Mac and cheese and two large pickles. Both a great side dish that complement the meats.
Service was superb, friendly and efficient!

“While on whyte ave for dinner we noticed lots of people walking around with ice cream. We looked up ice cream places in the area and found Made by Marcus was nearby and had great reviews. It’s a neat location, down a long alleyway. There is some indoor and outdoor seating. The menu features some basic flavors and some more interesting ones. They offer samples of their ice cream before buying. My favorite was the lemon curd blueberry. We also tried the chocolate lava, strawberry, vanilla bean and the coffee one. We liked every flavor we tried.“
