The staff is usually friendly, but it’s very frustrating that over the past few months the scanner for DQ loyalty points isn’t working at drive thru. Can someone fix that please? I want my reward points!!
Drive thru service is not good at all, I went there today and I waited at the mic for 10 mins and no one ever asked me what I wanted to order so I left because I didn't want to make people wait in line. It was really stupid honestly
