I have been coming to this location since 2011, and the main reason is because of the accuracy of the orders, and the personable staff that they continue to employ over the years. “Coming to this Tim Hortons has always been a good experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming whether it’s 5 in the morning or 9pm. The odd times when I get wrong items the staff efficiently fix the problem while continuing to be friendly.

“I've been hanging out at this location for a few months now and service has always been good. Staff keeps the place clean during down times and I've never had to wait to be served for more than 5 minutes. Staff are friendly and a lot of other people seem to enjoy staying at the location as well.“

“Been going to this Tim’s for over 6 years, since I moved to Lethbridge to retire. I always have the best interactions there with the employees, who all seem to have my order memorized.
Recently learned the employee who waves at me from the back of the line to signal that my usual drink is being made, is named Kim. I wanted to make sure all of the employees efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the great work!“

“Customer service is very excellent special mention to Camille who always greet us the moment we arrived and attend right away for our timhorton order. She also tell the other attendant whoever customer in the counter to attend their needs right away so they will not wait to long in line. Food is amazing always fresh especially my decaf coffee and the atmosphere is very cool during this summer. Very amazing employee. Thank you.“
