“Jashan and Mehak are very welcoming and they provided us with the best customer service ever. Who reviews a Tim Horton but I had to give a 5 star for this one. We are happened to be at this location as we were passing by Lethbridge for the weekend.

“So I did a dumb thing… I placed an online order to be picked up through the drive through. However, as I was hitting the ORDER button I realized the order was going to the downtown location on Scenic. So I called that store to see if they would credit me back my money — they called the Uplands store and asked them if they would make my drink for me and they would square up amongst themselves. Well they did — so I got my London Fog with extra vanilla!!! And I didn’t have to drive across town to get it!!! And they did it all with a smile to boot!!!“

Supervisor Sukhpreet was so lovely and kind, and the Manager of Operations Sara was fast, helpful, and friendly and helped us pull off a great surprise on a very fast turn around.

“I often come to this branch, and I’m never disappointed with the quality of food and drinks I receive. My drinks are always made correctly, my lattes filled all the way to the top. “Been going to this Tim’s for over 6 years, since I moved to Lethbridge to retire. I always have the best interactions there with the employees, who all seem to have my order memorized.
Recently learned the employee who waves at me from the back of the line to signal that my usual drink is being made, is named Kim. I wanted to make sure all of the employees efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the great work!“

“Coming to this Tim Hortons has always been a good experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming whether it’s 5 in the morning or 9pm. The odd times when I get wrong items the staff efficiently fix the problem while continuing to be friendly.
