“I have eaten here several times. The food is great and the service is 10 out of 10. I had a few beverages and they were very good. However they did a very nice gesture, and offered me a drink on the house, but the problem was I was drinking doubles and the free drink was just a diet pop. Not sure what they were pulling off there. I drank it anyway. Cheers“

“Sorrentino’s is my favorite place to dine, the food is always great and the atmosphere and staff are wonderful. Had the greatest time at lunch in St. Albert with my brother who is a chef. We both had the chicken parm which was the best anywhere. Highly recommend for a dining experience. ❤️“

“BEST SERVICE IN THE CITY. I sat in the lounge after asking the hostest if it was possible to order, eat, and pay in 45 minutes because i was donating blood across the street in an hour. Sure enough, THEY SUCCEEDED!
Chelsey was my server in the lounge. She was fantastic, personable, and helped me be on my merry way in time. The food was cooked to perfection and it was done so fast! I mean, not fast food fast, but fast for a sit-in restaurant.

“We got into Edmonton Airport late from Mexico and were craving a good pizza. We ordered from Royal as they had good reviews and I am happy to add another one. They were very pleasant on the phone, and even mentioned we were able to receive a 10% discount because of our hotel. The food arrived in good time and it was piping hot and was delicious. The pizza was smothered in yummy cheese and had ample toppings, the cheese bread with meat sauce was so good!! The wings came crispy (sauce on the side) and were also very good. I contacted the restaurant and said the delivery was over an hour now and I didn't feel I should pay for cold food. I ended up not paying for my cold pizza. “After a not so favorable pizza experience with the ham and pineapple pizza being delivered with very sparse toppings, my daughter talked with the manager to voice our concerns. The manager offered that the next time we ordered that there would be no charge.

Today after my daughter called in an order for a ham and pineapple pizza and talked with the manager, he assured her that the pizza would have adequate toppings. It was delivered and we were impressed with it.

I want to thank the manager for taking care of us and ensuring that our bad experience before was turned into a positive one, renewing our satisfaction to order from pizza hut again.

Thanks to the lady that my daughter talked with on the phone that assured my daughter that the pizza was topped and cooked as per her instructions.
