“I’m from Philly visiting family in Edmonton. A friend recommended Phat Boy and wanted to know my opinion as I’m from the city of cheesesteaks. When I stopped by the restaurant, I spoke with the owner, who is very nice and said I was from Philly and looking forward to trying his cheesesteaks. What was interesting for me was that he imports the bread and the meat from Philly which makes a huge difference as it makes it authentic. As we talked, I also recommended that if he can, he should import to other local Philadelphia food items such as Tastykakes and pepper Hoagie Spread. Here’s honest review. The cheesesteak was very good and tasted like a genuine Philly cheesesteak. I wasn’t used to the breaded onions but it added a unique and delicious texture and taste.“

“The restaurant was nice and clean. She service at the register was fast and friendly, and my food came out quickly and hot. I tried the new 'Frickles' - fried pickles - and they were delicious; the pickles were crunchy and the breading was crispy. I also purchased a 2-can-dine deal and the sandwiches were as good as I have come to expect from this location. Fries may have been missing salt? They weren't quite as good as usual, but I'm not complaining. I also got gravy which is pretty standard, but still good.“

“The EDO Japan in Emerald Hills (not the Wye road location Google is suggesting) is excellent. If they hadn’t been so busy I would’ve called them to tell them so this last time I was there.The service was attentive, friendly and engaged, professional yet warm. I’ve been there several times and this has been consistent.The food? So flavourful, always, the vegetables in my Teriyaki beef were cooked to the right doneness, the broccoli especially. Just the right amount if sauce. It’s always super clean looking. “You can come and eat even if you forgot your Costco card. There is a cheap and delicious combo that includes a large hotdog and pop. There are many more things like pizza, ice cream and fries. Always crowded, but the waiting is not much and it's worth it.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are so very welcome, they love to wait for the food, the waiting is not much and the food is good.

“Great Edo in Sherwood park! We always make the drive from North side Edmonton to eat here. Service is fast without skipping on quality. The doors are always opening and closing with customers coming and going, which is a positive sign patrons are enjoying the food. Something I personally pay attention to as a foodie, if the place is dead that usually doesn't bode well for the establishment. So yeah! If you're in the area definitely pop into this Edo!

My favorite dish is the teriyaki chicken, gyoza ? and recently tried the sushi ?“

“Staff and the chef are always nice and remember me and what I like to order. They accommodate well to the many different diet preferences my family has. They give a good portion of meat that makes it feel worth the money. I always enjoy getting my Edo here at this mall.“

“First time in a long time at Harveys. Service was good and fast. Unlike their competitors the burger and bun size hasn't shrunk! Burger was good (not great) but what was really good was your choice of fresh toppings for the burger! Seriously sets it out from competitor chains which I no longer frequent. Good experience, I would go back.“

“The two ladies are so friendly and personable, they gave us complimentary drinks and extra extra cheese on our wraps, free of charge! It’s not much but it’s a whole lot when it comes to fast food. I really appreciated it!
The food was delightful. A bit too much Tzaziki on my wrap but that’s fine lol. The chicken was 🤌 chefs kiss. Juicy!!!! Everytime I’ve had opa it’s been dry… so that was a pleasant surprise!!!

“I’ve never had a bad experience at a blaze restaurant. We commonly drive in and pick up food and the wait times are never too long. The food is always great and it’s my go too pizza place when available. It is a little more pricy but you’re paying for the full control over your food. They have a subway-like structure where you walk down and line of Ingredients and pick what you want. Overall the resultant is great and I love it. I would also recommend getting their lemonade it’s really good!“
