“First time coming here, and I went through the drive-thru. The staff was very polite and friendly, and service was quick. Fries were served hot and fresh, which I really enjoyed. However, I was a little disappointed with the rest of the food. The hotdog sandwich was warm but a bit dry, and the Pepsi Zero didn’t taste right—it was pretty awful. You might want to check and sanitize the syrup line or ice machine, as the pop seemed off.“

I have had better sushi selections but their other foods like noodles and soups are very very good.

The atmosphere is pretty good to just sit with some people or by yourself.

I do like the chicken bacon Swiss as well but I hadn’t had it in a while and unfortunately I was quite disappointed that the bun was different. The previous bun used was perfect as it had a nice texture and it held together. The new bun they now use fell apart while eating it and it just didn’t complement the sandwich. I do understand supply changes at times making it difficult to maintain consistency, but it’s still disappointing. I’ll still be coming regularly for those beef and cheddars!!!“

“This is our families go to Subway. Rose is an absolute delight! She is so friendly and remembers us each time we go and what our usual subs are. My hubby likes to keep her on her toes every now and then and changes it up on her, lol. She always has a smile and a greeting for every customer. The food is delicious and fresh. The girls know most of us live busy lives so they are efficient at getting your sub made quickly and the way you want it so you can continue on your way. I definitely recommend this Subway compared to all others in Spruce Grove.“
