“I consider myself a regular customer at the restaurant. I’ve probably sat at the bar around 10 times and no one has ever asked me for my ID. Today, I went for a soup, and when I sat at the bar, the girl behind the bar asked for my ID without even greeting me, and told me that if I didn’t have it, she couldn’t serve me. There’s nothing wrong with the policy, but if you’re going to enforce it, do it consistently—not just randomly—so people can be prepared. In any case, the bartender’s attitude was far from hospitable.“

“Full family affair with 17 of us. Much appreciated the semi-private room. Great for the large bunch of us with young children included. We brought in cake for the occasion and all in all everyone was satisfied with the whole experience. The CSH team also helped us with getting out on time to catch a movie up at Landmark. Thanks for all the accommodations!“

“Had a fantastic dinner and some drinks before a concert in the Starlite Room which the restaurant is attached to. Was fairly busy with people doing the same as us but the service was still solid and the food didn't take long to get out. Had a fantastic Cubano sandwich with a side order of coleslaw. The sandwiches come individually but there is still a choice of sides for an extra cost. Not pictured was a fantastic slice of still warm apple pie for dessert which was also great. Pie changes daily so no guessing what's gonna be there next time. Looking forward to coming back next time I go to a concert.“

From the moment you walk in, and you smell the wood fire stove to the overly accommodating staff (and owner) You get this feeling that you’ve come to the right place. We came in near the end of the night for a bite and a drink, our bartender Ben never once made us feel like we were keeping him, made sure that we had time to order food and kept us company until last call. “We went for dinner before the CCMA awards and decided to give this place a try. Service was really good. She was friendly, refilled our water when low, came to make sure we were good but also left us have our own time to eat and enjoy. I had the fish sandwich and I was surprised that it was very filling and had Wonderful flavor. I would order it again. It was $20 for a fish burger and fries. Good portion.“

“Not really one for reviews. But this place has become my new favorite spot. Me and the ol lady absolutely love this place. Big shout out to MICHELLE. But no all of the girls that work there are unmatched. When inside you kind of forget that you on the corner of 118th ave and 97th st. Oh, and I forgot to mention, it's the cheapest wing night in this city. $6 for a pound of wings. You can't go wrong. I definitely recommend stopping in. I may be there.“
