“If you're looking for some great sandwiches, this place is one of my favourite lunch spots in Edmonton. They absolutely load their sandwiches full of toppings and the prices are fantastic. They have some good lunch specials, and delicious extras like cookies and banana bread. Because they're closed on the weekends, I often have a hard time getting there, but I go out of my way to go there for lunch when I have the chance. It's in an industrial area and obviously caters to the people who work nearby as a lunch spot, but I love this place so much! The people who work there are always super friendly and as soon as there's a lull in their busy lunch line, they stop by your table to check on you. I highly recommend checking this place out if you have the chance and you're looking for a great sandwich!

I have had at least five banh mi cold cut sandwiches in the past month or so. The staff are very friendly and quick to take your order and get you a glass of water if you are ordering to go. Virgin olive oil, and naturally oily fish are anti inflammatories to the brain; while vegetable fats sugar salts are destructive to the brain and the heart. Chopped leaf is the best because it's the Mediterranean diet, proven by research as the best healthiest diet, brown rice not white is too, that's at chopped leaf. Chicken, nuts is protein and good for yo. Freshii is also good in a similar way. Half the plate should be fresh natural leafy greens, a quarter protein such as nuts, chicken, beef, a quarter carbs.“

“My favorite freshii in Edmonton. I come here all the time because I'm working in the area this summer. The two guys that work here are the best. Very kind, always smiling. They always do the best they can. I always suggest calling or order online to ensure you don't have to wait long. They can get busy and it takes time to build all those bowls and wraps!

“I love this place. I typically stay away from large corporate type business' but Chopped Leaf is unique in what they offer; Salads which can be made into bowls, sandwiches and wraps. The portions are generous, taste is fresh and delicious, the service is friendly, efficient and proactive. I enjoy getting my lunch from here, but I really like their catering. As the hospitality manager for a law firm, this place is so convenient when I need to pick up a hearty and healthy lunch for a last minute meeting for 2 people or for 10. I know I can order online via their super user friendly website. I can have it delivered or walk a short distance to go pick it up. I have not encountered any issues with time, quality or quantity. I feel fortunate to have them as a (preferred) option.“
