“I have been coming to Ramzi’s for 10 straight years, every time I am working on a project & am just too tired to make supper for myself, I just go through their Drive-Through & order exactly the same thing, a REGULAR DONAIR with sour sauce cut in 2 please. I’ve never even tried anything else, because their DONAIR is perfect, the meat is tender & warm & not dried out, the lettuce & tomatoes are so fresh & I never taste preservatives on them, (like at some other places). And all my life I’ve had an issue with raw onions - I simply don’t eat them, because then I’m tasting them all day, not the fresh onions they use. The DONAIR is so big I have them cut it in half, so I get 2 meals out of it. Anytime I have friends come from anywhere, we go & get a DONAIR at Ramzi’s, and not 1 person in 10 years has ever been disappointed. The staff are wonderful. This establishment is why we need & should support local small businesses. Their’s is the first DONAIR I’ve ever eaten, I mistakenly thought at first, that all DONAIRS are made equal…. They are not, after throwing out other people’s Donairs, I simply stopped even trying , and happily went back to the Ramzi’s drive-through to pick up yet another yummy Donair & that is where I am right now, sitting in my car enjoying the beautiful sunny day, eating my great DONAIR! “For the first time in years I had a less than favourable experience here. While the long term staff are friendly I got a new person today. While I ordered she was distracted with cutting open a box - I had to ask for my change, didn't get a receipt and the 3 extra bacons that told her I wasn't fussy about packaging on because they were for our puppy for the first time ever were on both my bacon and edgers. I was wondering why the price was a bit higher. Understanding customer satisfaction is more important than opening a box might be a valuable lesson. �“
