Recently I made an online order when I arrived to pick up the order I went through the drive thru so that I could pick up the food without leaving my pregnant wife and young daughter in the car. I was instantly confronted in a harsh tone “come into the lobby” I explained I placed the order online through the Popeyes app so that I could pick it up without coming in. They refuse to honor the local coupons they sent out. They are not like they used to be.
This particular restaurant is inconsistent with the flavors. What that is about, I have no clue. You have to go outside to get good Popeyes chicken anymore.
I used to love Popeyes. I’m sure in the south it is still great. Ours on C st…is not. Every order is missing something or has undercooked chicken. Today was my last straw and I won’t eat there again in our state.
They forgot several items which is one thing.
