“This Starbucks is by far the best in town the super friendly customer service is consistent along with their drinks, their morning staff doesn’t get enough credit and deserves a raise that’s forsure. I’m there every other morning and I would drive across town just to get drink at this location.“

“The service here today was top notch. Smiles, conversation, everything was on point. Service was pretty quick as well as I had a fairly large order. Now I have been to better Starbucks as far as drink quality for the Iced Shaken Espresso, but the service more than made up for it and the frozen drinks were on point. Really polite and kind staff. I will definitely be back. The photo is obviously taken after I starting drinking it, so the presentation was in fact better. I will say, tastes better then it looks.“

“Seriously never seen such an organized group of hard working gals I have ever seen at a Starbucks. Comstant orders, no mess ups and they make the best coffee in Anchorage. Such a great place and people are out of this world. Never had a coffee in such a great warm welcoming place in all my years. Keep all these girls, they have a tough job and they are working beautifully to make sure everyone gets what they ordered. Incredible location. Hardworking employees they all are.“

“I was on a business trip to Anchorage and placed a mobile order for what I thought was this Starbucks. I accidentally placed it for the Starbucks back in my home state though. It was completely my fault, but after explaining what happened the staff here didn’t even hesitate and put in a new order for me at no charge. I couldn’t be happier with the team at this Starbucks, great customer service.“

“Decent drink. The guy behind the counter was busy doing other things and helping the girl who was also working, so I just stood there. Then he's sorta near the register and just stands there and looks at me. No "hello." No,"what can I get for you." Made for a weird interaction. Then he didn't know what the equivalent was for a drink I've gotten at a regular coffee stand. The girl did, though, and answered all the questions I had. She was very helpful and friendly, and the drink she made was good. She saved the service.“

“This Starbucks is located just inside of the Fred Meyer store on Muldoon and Debarr Road of which I am definitely a regular. Just ask Lulu who watches the front door-;-). Looks like this Starbucks stop could use a boost in reviews. Understandable, since I have had the service swing from borderline atrocious to mediocre, to actually quite nice. Inconsistent, yes. Until yesterday. Personally, I have been having a week long day from hell. You know. One of those days that just never seems to end? I had to run some errands, and since I was running on very few hours of sleep, I'm talking I need some coffee, like right now. SHOUT OUT to Janyla!!! Okay. So, she was out of my fave of faves with Starbucks: the heavenly Cold Brew. So, next best thing- an iced coffee with a shot of peppermint. Sure! On a cold and blustery winter's day? Why not? Side note: I tend to bring a line of people with me, and soon Janyla was overwhelmed. HOWEVER! She handled it with the coolest grace I have ever seen in quite some time. Even when she had to call her boss to help walk her through the procedure of loading my Starbucks gift card, she was calm and collected. Janyla! You are the light in the most dreariest of days. “I can’t love this place enough! The staff is kind, efficient, and fun! They truly go the extra mile with every customer to ensure a great experience. It costs a lot to get a coffee these days, so service like this is crucial. Chance and his crew are the best part of my day every time I swing by for a breve! I’d name then all, but there’s really no one who shouldn’t be recognized. Honestly, I could get a coffee anywhere but I chose this location because of the people working there. I hope corporate sees this and recognizes what a great team they have!“

“I often frequent this location and find all of the baristas very helpful/friendly. Ronnie is the barista I see most often and what a joy. I typically order very basic drinks but they never disappoint ☺️ I also love the little messages they write on the cup lids and leave on their display board. Always a great way to start the day!“

“The Starbucks located inside the Anchorage Alaska Airport is definitely worth a visit. Their staff is incredibly friendly, greeting each customer with warm smiles and making the extra effort to ensure your experience is positive. The Triple Tall Latte is a must-try; the blend of flavors is absolutely delectable and it hits the spot, especially for a post-flight pick-me-up.That being said, the service speed experienced some hiccups during my visit due to some issues with their systems. This led to a slightly longer waiting time than usual.However, considering the quality of the beverage and the exemplary customer service, this minor delay didn't significantly detract from the overall experience.“

“Went today I didn't see the red head I ordered a decaf mocha they had decaf today.I seen the main manager from Fred Meyers in thereI felt a lot better in ordering with him there.I am going to change my rating because of the awesome service today.(Yesterday comment)Went in to get a decaf mocha the red head said they were out of decaf beans. “We decided to enjoy our sandwich and coffee inside. Our first time to this location and the three woman team is running a tight ship. There are three baristas and they’ve been knocking out orders seamlessly. The atmosphere is chill and inviting. The entire store is exceptionally clean and orderly. Will definitely stop by for more again! Bathrooms are very clean! Also, this place is ADA friendly (my husband’s electric wheelchair can navigate the place with ease).“
