“What a strange place (in a dive bar) for such excellent Thai food. This must be a local's staple... lots of to go orders. Four tables in a strange arrangement for anyone who was staying.

“Atmosphere is like a good ‘ol American diner with a trucker vibe to it. Very friendly staff, and great meals. The Boo-boo burger was delicious with its jalapeños, mushrooms, teriyaki sauce, and everything else that comes with a usual burger. They also sell merchandise as well. Would recommend!“

“10-15-24: I can no longer list this as one of the top 5 biscuits and gravy places in Fairbanks area. Today's meal was not pleasant. Gravy was good but biscuits were not biscuits, but a cornbread style that was very dry. I was very disappointed.

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zach's Restaurant, and the experience was simply wonderful. We started with the house salad and soups, which were incredibly flavorful and had that homemade taste that reminds you of mom's cooking. Our server, Stephanie, was exceptional—always attentive and friendly, making our time there even more enjoyable. For the main course, we ordered the hamburger and fries, and I can confidently say it was the best burger I've had in a long time! Juicy and full of flavor, it exceeded all my expectations. This was definitely the best dining experience I've had in Fairbanks. I highly recommend Zach's Restaurant to anyone visiting the city; you won't regret it! I can't wait to go back and try more from the menu!“

“I can’t say enough about this place. It helped provide entertainment, great food, and great drinks while we waited for our next Alaskan adventure during our week long visit. I have to give a very special shout-out to Denaeuh. If you get a chance, don’t leave Fairbanks without spending time with her at the bar in Pike’s Landing restaurant. She’s a genuine person with outstanding customer service and hospitality. Her drinks, food recommendations, service, and conversation were excellent! If/when we come back, we will seek out this restaurant and service with Denaeuh. Overall… I highly recommend. It’s a great place!“

“Had the 2×2×2 and blueberry waffle with whipped cream. Don't mind my creamer in the back ground, I like a little coffee with my creamer. We love their breakfast foods. Haven't tried any of the other.

Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. My son is 3 and cant speak yet and we was ordering our food and my son was making loud noises trying to order and the waiter told him to stop. And another time she told us not to let our kids make a mess before when even got our food. Granted, I understand he was loud and kids can be missy but it was not her place to step in. We've been here three times and had one rude waiter. They do have booster seats and high chairs.“

“Great buffet breakfast, plenty of choices. Reindeer sausage is on the menu, really tasty. They seat you. Located inside the Westmark hotel. We had super good service. The waitress(SHOUT OUT) was very informative, a wealth of info. She was glad to see us when said we were from Maryland. She was born in Maryland.“

“The Bakery's one of my Fairbanks favorites for casual dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Their food is top notch, the service is always good, and they have options for pickup orders. They make great omelets, pancakes and a really good chicken fried steak entree, among other menu items.“

“Walking around Fairbanks by the river we discovered Salty’s and so happy we went in. We had the Bruchetta and it was absolutely wonderful! Could have been my meal! Then we shared the 1/2 pound cheeseburger with fries and onion rings. So so good!!!“

Went there last week and got the monthly special double smash burger and it was great. Waitress addressed me and my group and sir or ma'am and was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed through our meal.

“A must stop when in downtown Fairbanks. We were lucky enough to wander into it. The owner was in as well and was super enthusiastic about people stopping in and he loved telling about the business and his family history in Alaska.
I had the spicy reindeer sausage with fries, pricey but good!“

It was undoubtedly busy, but she was hustling with CVS receipt long tickets, handling the bar and two restaurants by her self. To the management, you needs a barback. Several tables were upset with service but as far as I could tell it was a staffing issue, not the employees themselves. Thank you for a fine farewell from Alaska!“

Absolute best place to eat in Fairbanks, no competition. Will definitely become regulars when they reopen in August. “The French Onion Soup was absolutely wonderful, loved it so much. With me being a picky eater, that's a big plus! My Fiance enjoyed the Steak Pasta and that was also wonderful! I would eat here again no problems! Fried Pickles were sooo good too! Was a bit on the slow side, and tables are not....heafty people friendly but was wonderful nonetheless.“
