“Absolutely loved Humble Roots Beer Project. Super nice in every possible way, a genuinely welcoming place, great atmosphere, and an incredible selection of craft beers, including some really cool collaborations with other breweries. Every beer we tried was fantastic.
The space itself is great, and having a food truck in the alley behind the brewery is the perfect bonus if you want something to eat while enjoying a few beers.
But a very special mention has to go to Meg and Grace. What a team! They are the perfect example of how to run a business while making people feel genuinely welcome. Friendly, passionate, attentive, and just great with people; if the word “community” has a face, it starts with Meg and Grace. They really make Humble Beer Project feel like more than just a brewery.

“Great, classic German brewery. Their Weissbier is spot on! I also enjoyed that they do 1/2 pours and the mark up on them isn't extravagant. This allowed for more choices without having to drink a bunch of pints, but not having to buy an entire beer flight.

This is a great brewery and well worth the visit for any beer aficionado.“

“Good variety of beer, cider, sour beer, and even barleywine. The is the only place in Fairbanks to get a good sour. They frequently cycle new things in, so there's always something new to try. The food trucks are good too grab a bite to eat at. There's a nice outside area, and they're one of the few places left that let you bring your dog to sit outside. They even offer water bowls. We like to come here for lunch after a hike. It's usually quiet enough to bring a book to read too.“

Really great place, good selection of drinks many that I will absolutely return for, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and we had food from a super yummy food truck they had for the night (greek food called Megs eats & treats). I really like that this place has plenty of seating as well! I will definitely be returning!“

“We went 3 times in a week, once for paint night and the other two just to stop in. The manager Chris was SO nice, so were the other staff. The drinks are good and there is a large selection, and the food was great too. They have a store there with merchandise I recommend as well.“
