The parking lot beer garden adds a casual vibe that invites patrons to enjoy their brews in the fresh air, even on a chilly Fairbanks evening.
The standout of the visit was the Willet Bourbon Blend Reginald Van Horn Barleywine. This meticulously crafted blend of Barleywine was aged to perfection—12 months in Willet Bourbon barrels and 7 months in Knob Creek Bourbon barrels. The result is a complex, velvety brew that balances rich malt sweetness with the warmth of bourbon. It’s not just a beer; it’s an experience. Easily the most memorable beer of the trip, it showcased the brewery's dedication to quality and creativity.

“Visited the night of 1/26. Really great place, good selection of drinks many that I will absolutely return for, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and we had food from a super yummy food truck they had for the night (greek food called Megs eats & treats). I really like that this place has plenty of seating as well! I will definitely be returning!“

“We went 3 times in a week, once for paint night and the other two just to stop in. The manager Chris was SO nice, so were the other staff. The drinks are good and there is a large selection, and the food was great too. They have a store there with merchandise I recommend as well.“
