I have been there for a couple of times when I was in Fairbanks. The food was on top of the chain especially Phad Thai Lorbster and Chicken cashew nuts. Joy ,the owner is very sweet and very kind . She gave us Thai tea for free. The restaurant small but spotless. For sure we will be back to the restaurant again.
Joy and her staff love to bring delicious Thai food to Fairbanks! I love her beef salad and green curry. The kids love her fried rice! The ingredients are fresh and everything is cooked perfectly.Don’t be turned off by the food hut appearance.
