Coffee was good, breakfast sandwich good. Like that they put apple slices in...outdoor space was the only sit down area, but too many flies to enjoy properly. Still, worth the drive from hotel.
Not a bad spot to pick up some food to-go before a fishing trip! We were headed down to Pasagshak to try our luck for some salmon and found this spot along the way. The ordering is done at a drive-thru essentially and was fairly quick and efficient. I ordered a white chocolate and cashew cookie, a mixed berry smoothie and a wet burrito with chile verde sauce. I visited here for the first time with a stranger I saw walking on the road and invited along to have lunch with me after church. Ha ha, impromptu picnic.The owner greeted us with smiles and we broke into laughter for a moment while I stumbled my way through my order. We chatted and ate in the sun while sitting at the tables out front. The food and service at Java Flats were all quite wonderful.
