I ordered through the mobile app with a future pickup time. It was a large order for my family and I felt 45 min warning was plenty. I got there to pick up the order only to find the store was out of over half the drinks in my order and had no chicken. I was appalled that even though I put in my contact info along with the order, that the store had no information to call me. I hit the cancel button on my order but got no confirmation. I hope I don’t have to fight to get a refund....read full review
