Thank you so much for remaking our meal. Our first order of chicken was way to spicy for us to eat. But sifting our chicken only once made it perfect. The customer service was superior I callled ahead to place my order and therefore I did not have any wait time at all to receive my food. Thank you for making everything right!! Sonya Austin
The Jacks in Alabaster seems to always be concerned with great customer service.
We came in an hour until closing, service was great. Food was great and hot!
