“This is my favorite Starbucks location! The staff is kind and friendly and always does a great job on my order. The baristas there blend the Frappuccinos just the right way—not too thin or thick—and put just the right amount of ice in the Refreshers. I go to this Starbucks almost every day, so I can attest to its excellent customer service. There you will find wonderful people serving wonderful beverages!“

The one thing I enjoy most about visiting this Starbucks is the top tier customer service I receive. My order is always correct (a venti white chocolate mocha with 8 pumps of white mocha, stirred with a stopper), and the team consistently delivers with excellence.
I’m loyal to Starbucks because the service is consistently amazing no matter where I go, whether it’s a different city or state—but the Alabaster store #13210 is truly my favorite. That’s my store, my “home.” When I walk in, I feel like family. Many of the employees even know me by name.
I especially want to recognize LEIZA!! She has been at this store for years, and her personality and customer service have never changed. She is always kind, professional, and genuine. She is truly an asset to Starbucks in Alabaster, and she makes my day—even on my worst days.

“Standard coffee fare. Drinks are always good quality. Continually disappointed by this location randomly closing earlier than stated hours of operation. It makes us skip this location if we plan to visit within an hour and a half before close. They may be open. Maybe not.“
