Starbucks in Alabaster

“My husband goes every day and gets me my White Chocolate Mocha which is customized. It’s my treat because I have become disabled and don’t leave home very often. When he pulls up to to order they recognize his voice! They don’t even ask what he’s ordering because they already know and are preparing it! Every so often they surprise him with a free drink for no apparent reason and they always keep him informed or specials. It’s like the TV show CHEERS except that they holler my husbands name when ever he shows up!
Can’t ask for better than that!

“Standard coffee fare. Drinks are always good quality. Continually disappointed by this location randomly closing earlier than stated hours of operation. It makes us skip this location if we plan to visit within an hour and a half before close. They may be open. Maybe not.“

The one thing I enjoy most about visiting this Starbucks is the top tier customer service I receive. My order is always correct (a venti white chocolate mocha with 8 pumps of white mocha, stirred with a stopper), and the team consistently delivers with excellence.

I’m loyal to Starbucks because the service is consistently amazing no matter where I go, whether it’s a different city or state—but the Alabaster store #13210 is truly my favorite. That’s my store, my “home.” When I walk in, I feel like family. Many of the employees even know me by name.

I especially want to recognize LEIZA!! She has been at this store for years, and her personality and customer service have never changed. She is always kind, professional, and genuine. She is truly an asset to Starbucks in Alabaster, and she makes my day—even on my worst days.
