“Best Scooters location! I get coffee from Scooters everyday and usually get it from Boaz but due to consistent issues there I tried the Albertville location and they are spot on!! Friendly and everything tastes great and has been consistently right. I really appreciate all the employees there they really show they care about customers and we absolutely appreciate it!!“

“My go to Starbucks is in Guntersville. Today, I thought I’d just run into Food City in Albertville since it’s a bit closer. I live forty five minutes away from the Guntersville one, so the one in Food City is about ten minutes closer. Ran in, only one person working, no prob. Man, this Barista knows her stuff! Her name is Bobbie! She made every drink correct and fast! Definitely will be back and hope to get her again!“

“My order was great accurate and was everything I expected the only issue I have is with the service. It doesn't always happen but there has been a few occasions in which the was just plain awkward. The staff didnt want to be there and you could tell not only in their body language but by the attitude as well. They still made my order and it was correct but you could really tell they didnt want to and the only other issue I had is the store itself seems like they constantly run out of popular flavors of ice cream a lot and can be frustrating especially when you order ahead in the app and when you get to the store to pick up your order you get told they dont have it and they ran out a few days ago and you still get told the exact same thing when you choose another flavor. I just wish they could inform the customers of that kind of thing someway to avoid the whole ordeal altogether.“
