the food was cold...no telling how long it was just sitting there . told the server,she didn't seem to have the energy to do anything about it...it was drive thru service only.... employees sitting at the tables looking out the window....I think our burger and fries were cooked around lunch time and left to sit all day long.(5:00 pm )
I do NOT recommend this establishment !!!
They have the worst drive through service I have ever been through. You pay then they ask you to pull up and wait 10+ minutes. Makes their window timer look great in reality it’s pathetic. Who ever the regional manager is you should be fired if you know about this as to most all the locations I’ve been to seem to do this. They give me look when I tell them I don’t mind waiting right here at the window for my food.

This Hardee’s location has been a favorite breakfast spot for over 40 years. The drive-thru line can be long, but the people working are quick with orders, and orders are accurate. The food is good and fresh, just as quick as other drive thru restaurants with a full staff. The front counter service is excellent, making customers feel welcome. The managers have awesome attitudes and provide great customer service. The restaurant is very clean inside, and orders are hot and fresh. One church group of 09 people was pleasantly pleased with their visit, noting the food was fresh and served in a timely manner by a manager who explained the situation and asked for patience.
