“We have been going to Baja since they opened. Always enjoy great food and awesome service. Our favorite waitress currently is Jordan and the manager Daniel, Danny, is the best. “This was an amazing meal. Taco salads were ordered, flaming fajitas, and chicken quesadilla supreme. The only improvement is the salsa needed more peppers and cilantro. Heavy tomato flavor. But it was still very good with a little extra seasoning. The flaming fajitas was so good. It came out with the cheese boiling in the skillet. Beans had perfect seasoning and was great. The taco salads were full of flavor and very tasty. Quesadilla was perfectly seasoned and plenty of fillings.
