“This place has quickly become my new obsession. The iced Pot Ol Gold latte with butterscotch cold foam is out of this world and I’ll be crushed when it’s gone since it is seasonal! Scooter’s blows Starbucks out of the water. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this location doesn’t just whip up delicious drinks. Every time I have stopped by, the service has been exceptional! Every single employee has been so kind and it literally makes your day to see such joy and hard work come out of this building. It’s such a breath of fresh air! “Tonight I pulled in behind a customer who got audacity on sale and heard her verbally abusing and aggressively arguing with the staff at the window- a beautiful black female with glasses and a white female with beautiful red hair. Both of them could’ve easily negatively responded to this customer (all over her not getting free items because she was loud enough for everyone to hear) but instead your employees continued excellent customer service and chose to attempt to de-escalate the situation as they were taking more verbal abuse and demeaning attitude than I ever have in any ER. The customer chose to aggressively pull up and park and continue to act out until finally driving off. Both of these women deserve recognition and applause as you could unfortunately tell this wasn’t the first demeaning attitude to engage them tonight. The choice to uphold customer service and policy without aggression or argument should be highly recognized with these two young ladies. And if you were the dusty female in the black jeep tonight, I hope you spilled all your fries and audacity in your floorboard when you sped off.“

“Tonight I visited this location near home. Placed my order inside for meal deal 7 ( 2 cheeseburgers french fried taters and no drink) asked to have my meal cooked to order fresh with mustard onions only. A meal was presented to me not cooked to order. I sent the entire sack for a re do. A member of cook staff started with attitude. At that moment a manager came to my rescue. I promised the manager HEATHER a 5 star google reviews. Thanks TO HEATHER for her attention to professional customer service.

“Okay I have to give Southern Girl Coffee in Oxford some love. I went for the first time yesterday and I’ve already been back both days since, which is not something I do unless a place really gets it right.

The espresso is so good. It’s rich and smooth, with that thick crema on top that just makes you happy before you even take a sip. They told me their espresso blend is a Guatemalan and Colombian mix, and whoever picked that combo deserves a thank you because it tastes intentional and just plain delicious. You can also tell they care about how it’s made. They’re using an Italian espresso machine and the shots are coming out really, really well.

But honestly what made me come back so fast was the people. The baristas on duty were genuinely kind and easy to talk to, and the conversations felt real, not forced. The whole place has great energy, and it just feels good to support a local business that’s doing things with care. I’m really grateful this spot exists.“
