“The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are quick to take my order and Phil it even though it is very complex. I buy it every Friday. The fact that They have a gluten free bun With such a variety of veggies and condiments is wonderful. The taste is superb!“

“I relocated from NJ to AL about a year ago. Most know that the food in the NE of the country can’t be beat. Food has been a huge adjustment for us here. So needless to say when I found Jersey Mikes, I was BEYOND excited! Still, I was holding my breath. And subs I have had in AL have been sad, to say the least. Nothing to them, and subpar meats. However I KNOW what Jersey Mikes are suppose to be. And let me tell you, THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Here I am 24 hours later and I am still beyond thrilled!!! The food was exactly as it is suppose to be! SCORE!! Hats off on a job well done Jersey Mikes!! One MAJOR difference is the staff. The staff here in AL are HANDS DOWN, the absolute BEST!! Kind, polite, accommodating, welcoming, happy, interactive, pleasant!! The North really could take some lessons from the South when it comes to overall kindness. The staff here were AMAZING! I think every employee in the place greeted us and had some sort of pleasant interaction. Hands down, 5 ⭐️ plus to all the staff!!“

“We used to go here all the time. The food is great, all of it. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms, well-staffed/ well-trained staff, and well-maintained. The freshly brewed tea is some of the best around. (That seems odd to say in the heart of the South, but true. It's hard to find good brewed tea anymore.) We stopped going here because of the recent addition of a forcing a tip when paying with plastic. Mind that there are no “servers” on staff here. No one makes $1.66 an hour, thus does not deserve a tip.

Chicken Salad Chick, pay your staff a living wage, and don't force that responsibility onto your customers. Also, stop following the horrific trend of “tip culture” that is currently shoved down everyone's throat. We love your food and will pay with cash to avoid the tipping question.“

“Conveniently located, clean inside and out. I love the BMT from Subway, this restaurant always makes my sandwich exactly the way I like it, the staff is always pleasant.The only thing I’m concerned with the last two times I have tried to order the Herb and Cheese Bread here they have been “sold out”, the orders were four weeks apart. I’m not fond of any other type of bread but usually end up with the white.“

“I ordered a pretzel online from the Subway in Glencoe, for whatever reason they couldn't make one. So they called another location (owned by same person) and had them bring my pretzel to the Glencoe location. It says alot about a business when they will go out of their way for a $3 order. They have my business forever!!“
