“We stopped in on our way traveling across the state. We tried stopping for BBQ in Tuscaloosa, but the lines were too long. So we continued on our journey along I-20. While the food at Bob’s is top notch, so is the staff. Friendly & helpful. Glad we had a cooler. We were able to take some extra with us.“

“Overall great experience, the service wasn’t the best but I have worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years and covid changed things, so therefore I don’t really rate restaurants based on service anymore because they work short handed more often than not, but the food was amazing, best steak I’ve had in a long time. I am a manager at one of the best restaurants in the state and our steaks are amazing but I really enjoyed a steak other than ours for a change. It had the best flavor and cooked to perfection. It well exceeded any and all of my expectations.“
“I can only eat ribs a couple times a year now because of gout, so I have to choose carefully to not be disappointed. The rib plate I got today was outstanding. Good flavor and spices, cooked perfectly. Tender but still has texture. I'll be back in a few months. I don't think they have tacos.“
