Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a second crispy chicken sandwich. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. Food felt cold on the outside of the wrapper. Was warmer when I bit into the sandwich. It was not a crispy chicken sandwich. It was a spicy chicken sandwich. Not what I ordered or wanted.
