When you arrive at Cantina, you order at the front. When we went I only saw one man taking orders, serving food, and helping customers. He was extremely nice and they weren't overly busy but it was definitely more than a one person task. They were accommodating of me wanting to exchange my mashed potatoes for fries. I was thrilled to visit the new Cantina, having dined at Pepper Place for years. My son and I had fresh & delicious guacamole, fish tacos, and a shrimp quesadilla. The service was amazing, too! We'll be back!

We ordered for takeout tonight, Natchitos, cheese quesadilla, cilantro chicken and the Cuban sandwich . Added quacamole and chips. It was all very fresh and we really enjoyed it! We will order again!
