The gentleman in the drive-through could not have been more pleasant and professional. The short-staffed night crew is amazing, kind, pleasant, and efficient, serving food faster than usual with hot, fresh fries. Krystal is a good alternative for those who enjoy White Castle, as it offers similar food options. There are fewer Krystal locations available, but the one in Hoover continues to serve customers.
