“We were a large group 22 people traveling thru Georgia and stopped for breakfast. I used the kiosk and everyone else was in line. The kiosk was faster and accurate my chicken sandwich was hot and fresh. The service was friendly and professional

“On this particular night, around 8:30 pm I went through the drive thru with a friend of mine. The customer service was so pleasant!! We were pleasantly surprised and are very happy with the staff. The food was also fresh and our order was correct. 10/10 experience. Props to the staff that were working at the time“
“We went through the drive-thru and just ordered drinks. I'm giving 5 stars because this McDonald's didn't use the excuse that their Frappe' machine was broke down like most of the others tell me when they don't want to make it. It was good too AND the young lady in the drive-thru was friendly. 😃“
“My visit to this location was great the juicy chocolate woman with two nose rings was very helpful and even offered too ring me up while on her break and the older woman with the headset came and took my order when she saw me struggling with the kiosk , although IDK y they don't have iced mocha at their restaurant and we have it at our location, but I definitely have a two reasons too go back keep up the good work teammates , and my crispy chicken Mcgriddle was great fresh food I was shocked being that I'm from Smithfield and have gone to this location over the years , go grill team ,

“The morning lady at the drive thru with braids and glasses (sorry i didnt get your name) is the definition of perfection. She always greets me with a smile and my food and drink is always at the window as soon as I pull up to it with condiments napkin and straw in the bag. The bag is always neatly folded over ensuring nothing falls out during the transaction. The breakfast never disappoints here. I always get the steak egg and cheese bagel combo no breakfast sauce and its always made perfectly!!!“

I had The quarter pounder ...I had heard the product they offer has improved and I agree totally from the last one I had which went out the window lol
The fries were not exactly hot but passable
However for me the indigestion that followed will not encourage me to be back anytime soon ?
The cashier was multitasking and not paying any attention to her customers other than sticking her hand out the window to deliver the food or take payment.
I consider this very rude
She appears to be a hard worker however this is not (in my opinion based on 20 years of food service experience) the best spot for her to enhance the visit for the customer“

“I made my to go order on the kiosk. My order number 666 was made pretty quickly, especially considering the number of people in the drive-thru. My order was correct. Kinda.
However, I'd like to point out the positives first. The lady who called my number was efficient and professional. After noticing me still at the counter, she asked if anything was needed and got those things for me. The young man who made my iced coffee was sociable and smiled several times during our interaction.
As I said, the food was ready not long after swiping my card at the kiosk. The restaurant looked clean. The employees were all moving, doing something. I never saw an employee with a phone to their ear. That was a welcome change from other places I've been recently.
The following are my personal complaints or dislikes:
1. The new "mcflurry".... I'm speechless. It's what you guys normally call a sundae if you replace the syrup with topping. It's not mixed up. At all. Where did the spoon/stirry thing go? You remember, the genius thing you had for so long?
I don't mind the different looking paper cups. I would say it's kinda cute. However, I can't help but feel it's partly responsible for this new abomination you're claiming is a mCfLuRrY. It's not. And it sucks. It wasn't even my fake mcflurry, and still, the longer I looked at it, the madder i became. I wish I was kidding.
If you wanted to kill the mcflurry, just take it off the menu. There's no need to make this a slow death. Either pull the plug, make it right, or give whatever this is a new name. Because right now you're lying to us as consumers.
2. The sweet tea in the lobby. My 9yo wanted this. I made it, smelled it to make sure it hadn't gone sour. It smelled very freshly made, and i felt good about giving it to my daughter in the car.
I thought the smell was my only true worry when, come to find out, it shouldn't have been.
We got to the house and started eating. The food is decent. The tea has no sugar, so she no longer wants it. We didn't have time really to add it because we had to leave for the Alabama game. I hate unsweetened tea, so I knew I wouldn't drink it. So that was 2 or 3 bucks. I get mistakes happen, but why didn't the person making the tea test taste it? I thought everyone did that.
3. I don't think I have any other complaints. I thought i did. That's why I decided to number them.
Upon reflection, I think the mcflurry fiasco was just made it seem like i was upset with more.“
“The ice machine wasn't working, but that's cool. The young man working the back drive thru was helpful and easy on the eye.. and the young lady in the front drive thru, she was helpful and honest. I'd patronize them every time I'm in the area. No complaints“
