We have ate at this Ruth Chris location multiple times but this time was not up to par. Our server would only come to the table every 30 minutes or so. An appetizer was forgotten and steaks over cooked. This is my favorite steak house but we are planning to try others next for our annual Christmas get together. Our friends who had never ate there before were not impressed at all.

Ruth Chris restaurant is great! The Embassy Hotel in Birmingham AL itâs located in is not. The restaurant has an odor when you enter, lots of young people coming in & out, partying, saw group of young people twerking in the glass elevator as it went up. Not a nice or safe feeling environment.
