“Went to 2 different locations before visiting Prive/Palace. You get entry to the restaurant for free and the club in back for $10. Security will check you before entering and parking spaces were nice.

The bartender was very nice and the people eating were also very nice. We ate wings, fries, catfish nuggets and had some drinks in between visits to the back club“

“I had fish & fries & they were both seasoned to perfection. I also had 3 Long Islands 🤣 don’t judge me, judge your mammy lol! I will definitely return! All I can say is come early for a table it’s only 9:30 & it’s standing room only! Great DJ, food, & drinks….i had the pleasure of meeting the owner who gave me a little history about the business! Must visit yall thank me later especially if you enjoy an older, mature, crowd! FYI!! I spent $10 on fish & fries… my Long Islands were $8 each can’t beat it, owner purchased 1… I can’t wait for my friends to come from Atlanta so we can show out 🤣“

You will barely taste the alcohol which is good for me because I’m a lightweight who doesn’t like a strong tasting drink . “We arrived late and had a few drinks but I loved this spot. Not too big of a space, but it was very intimate, and the live music was everything. The singer and band on stage were very talented and did an excellent job on their cover of some classics. Will definitely visit again.“

“This was one of my father's favorite bars in Bessemer. He is now deceased but I will never forget the last day that I seen him alive. He was at Alabama Al's drinking as usual and I went by then he came out to see all the grandkids it was getting close to Christmas time and he was asking them all what they wanted for Christmas. He was also grabbing at his chest and trying to turn away from me so I didn't see but I did and I asked him daddy what's wrong he said nothing just got the heart burn.I could tell it was more &begged him 2go 2Dr.but he hated going 2the Hospital or Dr.He was hard headed-Yep that's where I get it from.. my dad really enjoyed going in to this bar and talkin I'm cutting out with his friends our so-called friends that went in there this was one of the mini bars in Bessemer that he enjoyed hanging out at. Since then they have redone the place and made it a lot better they serve alcohol beverages as well as beer,they have karaoke,pool tournaments,It's a nice place 2watch Football Games.Theres usually the same group of people there,the don't serve food IS the down side.Most the bartenders there are very friendly&keep the place under control.If you're in Bessemer stop by&see 4yourself.“

“We visited this renovated food hall on our way out of Birmingham. The space itself is really cool and features some great food options. I had the poke and a bubble tea, which were both delicious. There is seating inside the hall and in the attractive patio space outside. Fun spot for a quick lunch!“

“We were in Ross Bridge for the farmers market and decided to try Front Porch while we were there.

We were seated immediately and met by our server at our table of choice on the patio.

We chose to start with the bacon bombs and cheese curds. This was an excellent choice!! Bacon wrapped kielbasa in a candied BBQ style sauce! Sign me up for seconds!

The cheese curds were great as well! Deep fried and melted to perfection!! Even better when you dip them in the bacon bomb sauce.

My wife got the chicken finger platter and I grabbed the chicken lettuce wraps.

Chicken fingers were hand breaded and fried crisp. She asked for extra bacon bomb sauce to dip them in. Sweet potato fries were crispy with a honey sauce.

Chicken lettuce wraps had an excellent taste but were a little dry. Made from breast meat, just seemed a little over cooked.

Service was excellent, patio was nice and airy with a view of the street and area. Restaurant was clean and quiet.

“Drove an hour to experience Salud Bham. Can honestly say one of the best restaurants and tacos I’ve had in all of Alabama. The mix of great atmosphere, great customer service, and great food all blends together so well. Attention to detail with the theme of the restaurant is amazing. Being Hispanic, a Mexican immigrant, this place hit home. Everything blended together well. Tacos are a bit pricey but are definitely worth it and very filling. Their in house Horchata and Jamaica aguas were very delicious. 100/10, Will be driving an hour back again multiple times.“

“Excellent place for ice cream and shakes. My expectations were high because others references , so I found out was not the level I expected but still a great flavor a tasted and the right price. Also it is close to the cultural downtown zone of Birmingham that's add an extra reason to visit it.“

“Perfect spot! My niece invited my sister and I out for her 40th birthday party. The lounge was so laid back. Good lighting, parking, and seating. Everything's set up so nice, including the bar, along with great bartenders as well. Great space for a nice party, meeting, reception, etc.“
