“They are a small business food truck that demonstrates nothing but exemplary customer service. My husband went by while they were in Helena for their to die for peach crumble. They were out of the dessert but they offered to make half a pan for us and said they will have it ready the next day at their next location at Shelby Baptist. I went by to pick it up and not only did they have it ready but they brought it out to me at my car. They are such nice people and I’m very happy at the customer service they display. “Fantastic Five Guys at Stadium Trace in Hoover. This Five Guys is not a corporate location but a local franchise, so the prices are reasonable. Great burger and the fries are the best in Hoover. Come Fall, their outdoor seating area will be a great option for seating. (Even today it was comfortable).“

Ms Dawson greets you from behind a wall and comes around to take your order. Plan to be patient as she cooks it fresh and is a solo operator. The burger was well worth the wait. Definitely give it a shot for lunch.. just don't be in a hurry.“

From the time I was greeted until I received my order the crew provided exceptional service. The manager with the red hair was very polite, professional,& accommodating. “The burger was delicious. Incredibly good. However, it took 50 minutes to get it. Once we got it, the fries were lukewarm, as if they'd been sitting there. Hubby was told they tend to get slammed on Monday's due to lack of staff. And Homewood schools were having a jazz concert. So try on a day other than Monday. And maybe specify fresh fries. But, do try it. Patty's are handmade. Fresh beef. Nice large burger. Prices a little steep. Cheeseburger was $10,99 and basket of fries $4.50. I did not get the sauce that comes on the burger. I def recommend. And the venue is hard. There is an app to pre-order was not available on Monday night.“

“I love this place! It has a warm environment and caring staff. It’s the best place in town to get a chicken salad. The chicken is seasoned well and very tender. The dressing appears to be made from scratch. They are also very generous with their portion sizes, I can often share. If you haven’t tried this place it’s worth checking out! “The bacon didn't taste like bacon..we couldn't eat it..that never happened before. The tomatoes in my vegetable omelet, I can tell was frozen prior..other than that everything was good...Resturant owners, not good to cut corner...customers can tell...“

I want to back, I didn’t have the chance to try all the food. I just got the bacon, egg, and cheese bun. It was so good. They use their own sauce. Loved it. And, they have great coffee.

I'd recommend ya stop in if you're around there. Spent $14 for the meal, and it was worth it.“

“Not great atmosphere but it is a cafeteria after all. The food is very very good especially the onion rings and the pork chops. Had the catfish a couple times and it was very good last time not so much maybe they just got a bad batch. Staff is super friendly the food is fresh and hot when it arrives. Definitely will go back“

However, recently they have been drive through only. Drive thru is great if you need that, but we prefer going in, sitting down and talking while we eat. What's up on Morgan Road, seems that you never have dine in anymore. We were by there 3 times this week and ended up somewhere else.

Manager even came out and checked on everyone dining. This must be what it was like back in the day when customer service was always top priority and the food reasonably priced and authentically made to order.“
