“Upon posting my review Cordell called me to discuss the issues and make my order whole. Cordell was professional and friendly. Went back the next day a Dre took care of everything since Cordell was off.(Cordell advised me he wouldn't be present but speak with Krystal). Cordell concerns about the order was impressive). Thank youNasty and expensive food. Soggy, very little meat and chicken. No flavor. Went back they were closed. Odd hours“

Unsure who Mrs. J is, but apparently she enjoys being rude when half of your order is left off. Ordering over $40 worth of food and getting home to some of it missing & sending my son back up there to get what was left off only for him to be spoken to like he’s an idiot and lying about it. I have no reason to lie about all the sides being left off the family meal I ordered. It’s so hit or miss at this location..“
