“I’ve eaten here twice before and found myself back in Prattville, Alabama, so I had to stop in again. I’m so glad I did! I could go on all day about how delicious the food is, and the prices truly can’t be beat. My personal favorite is the shrimp à la crème. It is absolutely amazing every time. But what really stands out to me is the staff. Since I’m not a local and don’t visit often, I accidentally ordered the wrong item. When I realized my mistake the woman had already dipped up the food, the sweet older woman taking my order kindly let me fix it and didn’t even charge me for the food I just made her waste. I offered to pay, but she insisted it was okay. That level of kindness, and customer service, is rare and so appreciated. There’s also a young man who works there, I wish I knew his name, who is always friendly, patient, and welcoming. The hospitality here is truly unmatched. It honestly makes me wish I lived nearby! I recommend this place to everyone I know who is heading anywhere near Prattville, and I will definitely keep making a special trip every time I am in the area.”

“Tried First Watch here in Prattville today. Our first visit, ending up getting breakfast, was really impressed. Great service i dont remember our waitress name but she was wonderful, she recommended some menu items for us and the food was so good, fresh and delicious. And also the coffee was on point, had a very enjoyable experience. We will see definitely make another visit.”

“Our experience here was AMAZING! The manager was so kind in helping me and went out of his way to accommodate me! I have an Alpha Gal diagnosis and can't eat beef or pork and have to be careful about cross contamination! He made sure they cooked my food to avoid this! He also came back and checked on us during the meal!! Thank you for top notch service!!”

“My husband and I LOVE coffee and we love trying other places that are not Starbucks. Our first time here was honestly the best. We have never been to a Dutch Bros but was highly recommend to try out one. The customer service here is phenomenal. The staff is so kind and went above and beyond for us on our first time! We had the Gold Eagle, which is REALLY good coffee. Our kids had the boba strawberry frozen drinks and they loved that. What a cool twist on that drink. Between the service and the drinks being so phenomenal we will be coming back here a lot. If you are in the area stop by here for a great drink and amazing service!”

“I just ate the most delicious pizza at Midtown Pizza Kitchen in Prattville, Alabama. What made the experience unforgettable, however, was how nice the staff was. I didn’t catch their names, but the three ladies working at closing on April 10, 2025 were outstanding! They made me feel safe and comfortable in the establishment when I was eating alone, they made me feel confident in myself when I was nervous feeling, and they just were genuinely nice to me. I wasn’t feeling the best emotionally when I went in, but coming out I was so glad I chose to eat my dinner there. Huge respect was earned for this establishment tonight!”

“I was in town for the weekend and was looking for something different something good to eat and around across this on the Google map. I walked in and I will easily say the food is good, really good.

I'm sure you want to know the quality of the food.. it was fresh and hot. There was always someone coming out checking and stirring the food and refilling.”

“We accidentally left our debit card during a stop for food as we traveled to the beach. We realized that same evening what happened. We reached out to the restaurant to inquire if someone turned it in(spoke with Ariel-who was sooo kind). She said yes it had been turned in(praise God). We ask if they could hold it until we came back through. She replied absolutely, we will keep it safe for you. We stopped by on our way back home to retrieve card and grabbed food. They were spot on with being helpful and with our order. It was fresh and hot. We ordered through mobile app because they had a store(bus load-literally)full of youth group. Nothing but praise and admiration.”

Our waiter was also very friendly and done a great job..we was given a hospitality desert that was delicious..I recommend this place to anyone. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We will go back”
