“This is one of the best hot chicken restaurants in Birmingham.There are many students and many families. The taste is ok, but the parking lot and store are spacious, and you can choose spicy chicken, so I go often.I recommend hot for spiciness. It is spicy enough to satisfy most Koreans. Please note that it is a bit dangerous starting from damn hot.“
“We'll start with the food... I had the 2 catfish fillets with fries and Mac and cheese and added 3 whole, lemon pepper wings. The catfish was fried great and the batter was on point. Not a ton of seasoning but I dipped it in their comeback sauce and it was a good compliment. The chicken was my favorite! The skin was super crispy and it was seasoned well! The Mac and cheese tasted homemade, it gets an 8/10 and there was nothing special about the fries. My wife had the tenders which had a sweet taste to them and they were phenomenal. They would pair well with the waffles which were also good and prepared perfectly, very light and fluffy. The establishment isn't bad. A little tight so not idea for big crowds. They were out of drink selections and we were never updated about our order. I did realize they make everything fresh but just kindly letting us know they are still working on it would have been nice. It was 7 of us and my total came to $127, but the portions were good so I'm ok with the price. I would give a 5 if the fries were seasoned, Mac and cheese had a bit more seasoning, fish was seasoned a bit more and the establishment was a bit more inviting. Maybe offering some "out-of-the- box" selections since everything is made to order. We'll definitely go back if we visit Birmingham! ??“
“I live about an hour away from the Birmingham Alabama location and I could drive there every single day and get some food as it is some of the best food I've ever eaten! I don't know if anyone will read this but my only piece of advice would be to put one in Jacksonville Alabama near JSU. I think business would boom!!“
“Honey mustard sauce was great. Prices were reasonable. Glazed waffles weren’t too sweet but definitely didn’t need any more maple syrup for my taste. Maybe provide 2 honey mustard sauces instead of just 1 and remove one of the maple syrup packets.“
“Hey, me and close friend stopped by this location of Chick-fil-a to eat lunch since it relatively close by. I ordered the nugget meal with a purple passion-which included Hi-C and blue Powerade mixed together. My friend ordered the Cobb salad with a water and fries on the side. The cashier was great with asking if there was anything else we would like to add to our order or even upgrade the size of items. The service was fast and pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well managed as far as tables being clean and enough space so that customers could be comfortable. Since Covid 19 , the establishment is still precautious about using disinfectant products which I feel is great due to other cases arising.“
“Was a bit disappointed in the usually fast drive thru experience. The car in front of me was at the window for 10+ minutes. The runner brought my order, but I could not exit because they did not have that car pull up to await their delayed order. There was a line behind me. By the time I was able to exit the restaurant, my food was cold, and my shake was melted.“

One guy (manager/owner?) gave us a rundown on the general concept (chicken salads) and how to order. Other team members joined in, saying "...and you can get these on bread or lettuce." Great way to start the visit!We ordered and waited only a short time before being brought our food. We had a question / issue, and it was not only solved, but the team went beyond to help us feel like valued customers.The restaurant was clean and bright, making for a perfect mid-day meal after a long and busy wedding the night before. Perfect for us visitors needing something refreshing and recharging.“

But, I ordered for my size mac and cheese and collard greens however they gave me double mesh and cheese and then call me to inform me if I wanted to get another side other than mashed potatoes who wants double mashed potatoes? The hamburger steak with gravy with delicious. The mac and cheese it was okay. Rating from1 to 10. I would rate it a 7. The cornbread with sweet and delicious. And the mashed potatoes from a 1 to 10 I will give it a 5. Overall the food was okay. I will be ordering again.“
“Love Chick-fil-A!..... I gave 4 stars for service because I order on the app every morning Mon-Fri like clock work. I click "I'm already at restaurant " then "I'm here" when I am 5 minutes away and I still have to wait every morning for my order.Managers should also keep their jokes more appropriate for work and especially when they are at the front counter. 2 of the guys making a sexual joke to a female employee within customer ears is uncalled for.“
“The food is great! The best wings in Birmingham. Wings cooked to perfection and the size of the wings is exceptional. They serve chili cheese fries which is a plus. They serve 1 free refill and give the best customer service. Any time my husband and I want wings which is once a month we come to this location. ? recommended.“
“They are consistently good. My granddaughter loves their kids meals. It comes with something usually interesting to play with, but now they are putting little books in the meals. I like their chicken noodle soup. It has the thicker noodles and comes in two sizes.Parking: There is very little free parking, but their main business is drive through.“
“I’ve had nothing but good experiences through door dash for this place! I’ve gotten the philly steak and Cajun ranch fries each time, and it’s been solid every time! I haven’t found a wing place this decent in a long time, let alone a good philly! Since t-bones left centerpoint, it’s been hit and miss looking for a new spot.“
