“Caroline really makes this Hattie B’s a wonderful experience right from the very start! She is kind and is so helpful explaining the menu! First impression 11/10! I ordered the sandwich with a side of bacon grits and both were fantastic! I would highly recommend coming here if you visit Nashville. “I placed a mobile order but for some reason the mobile line was blocked off so the lines merged to one so traffic is horrible!!, the wait time about 15-20mins not sure who had the bright idea to make the busiest chic fil a to a single drive thru..bring back 2 lanes. My food was hot and fresh“

“I absolutely love coming to this Chick-fil-A in Gardendale. The facility is always spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is consistently incredible — but that’s something most of America already knows.
What really sets this location apart is the leadership team. They’re top-notch in every way: professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can feel the positive culture the moment you walk in.
