“Me and my wife kept saying we needed to try this place and would always forget about it until one night. I have to say some of the best food I’ve had at any Mexican restaurant plenty of flavor, lots of variety. Since first trying this place we have been back multiple times and every single time with the same exact customer service no matter the time. All of the staff are happy with good attitudes and even humor. The cocktails are nice as well. Definitely a place with great food for a great price. We have for sure found our new go to spot.”

“do not eat here thay cooked my food while cleaning the grill ,I am 63 with stomach problems ,it made me sick after I swolled. the first bite ,I call the owner that done no good he didn't care if it made me and my wife sick or not and good as called me lier so no I will never go there again and you shouldnt and I think thay done it just because I call in a late order .”

“As a Louisiana native, born and raised I am very happy to say TJ’s crawfish were perfect. I would drive home (Louisiana) every weekend just to get crawfish. I am so glad I gave them a try & I no longer have to go back home just for crawfish. The crawfish were big in size and seasoned to perfection. The shrimp po boy was everything my sister and I were looking for in flavor. Customer service was top tier.. we will be back!”

“Stopped for a bathroom break and smelled the food all the way outside. Hubbie had the smoked wings, greens and baked beans. I had ribs, Mac n cheese and chicken and broccoli casserole. Everything was delicious and hot! We are determined to stop back on the way from Nola!”

“I had a small family gathering on Saturday and ordered dinner from this restaurant. We called in a decent sized order, which was cooked quickly and to perfection. I picked it up and went home to enjoy my food. Let me tell you, it was delicious, and the portions were large enough that I had leftovers! I would highly recommend this location( next to Winn Dixie at 5 Points) for fast service and great tasting food!!”

“11/7/2024 at 1pm. The people are really nice and the food was great. The young lady working the counter was exceptional!!

I've seen a few dissatisfied reviewers but I just had a great experience there. I ate inside and the food was great. I had a big bacon Jack combo and my wife had a chicken finger meal with green beans and mashed potatoes. While eating I noticed how the young lady at the counter interacted with customers. She was kind and professional. Very impressive.”

“I want to give a shout out to Teresa at Burger King on Skyland Blvd I went inside about lunch time and she was running the drive-thru and the front and bagging orders all by her self she was doing the job of 3 people she deserves a raise took about 5-6 minutes to get my order but she was very polite and the food was great she really deserves a raise”

“Been purchasing from this location for three years. Ashley (believe in management) makes each experience fantastic. She greets me by first name and remembers what I order and ask if I would try another item. When she is working with her coworkers they all share the same positive and helpful attitude. Food is always to perfection and restaurant is always clean and spotless. Wish more restaurants would have an Ashley to make fast food restaurant into a family diner. Thank you Jack’s.”

Went back the next day a Dre took care of everything since Cordell was off.(Cordell advised me he wouldn't be present but speak with Krystal). Cordell concerns about the order was impressive).
