“We have been here so many time over 9 years. Not sure what changed but as of July 2026. We have stood first in line for 15 minutes and never had anyone come to get our order. The drive through is bumper to bumper and seems to be their only concern. We came back today. It seems to be their only concern is drive through.. I am very disappointed in our Jacks Restaurant.“

“Tahish i think was his name, im not too sure but he was the extremely kind Indian man who works there and my girlfriend accidentally knocked her salad off of the table and he was on break and saw it happen. we walked up to the register so i could buy her another one and he covered it for us and was just very kind about it. he did that without thinking twice about it and did so with grace. we need more people like him in the world. Thank you again sir!!!“

“The chicken is good, the beans were good, the biscuit was very good, sweet tea is good, and the Bo-berry cookies are good. The guy who rang up my meal couldn't count (tried to give me an extra dollar change back) but everyone was nice and the store was clean enough“
