Fast Food Restaurants near Columbiana

“We have been here so many time over 9 years. Not sure what changed but as of July 2026. We have stood first in line for 15 minutes and never had anyone come to get our order. The drive through is bumper to bumper and seems to be their only concern. We came back today. It seems to be their only concern is drive through.. I am very disappointed in our Jacks Restaurant.“

“It was very clean could not ask for better service from the manager “Jamie” she was very helpful as soon as we came in and seem like she enjoyed her job with the way she smiled and as helpful as she was could not have asked for better service“

“The nicest people in any McDonald’s I’ve been to.“

“This was an amazing chick fil a! Bathrooms were clean, food was amazing!!!! Service was phenomenal, employees were very helpful. Staff always checked on us and was so helpful. Atomsphere was generic which was fine for a chick fil a. Play place did smell a little of feet. Food was delicious perfectly made, they genuinely know how to cook! Besides that this chick fil a was amazing definitely 5 stars and worth stopping!“

“The last two years, all the Milo locations I’ve visited have really gone downhill. Nothing like the previous decades. Shame! Staff at Calera was non responsive. Cahaba heights , burgers were dried out like they had been sitting and fries as well. Sorry to say that too many of this experience for me to go back.“

“Cashier Hayle was awesome“

“Calera Alabama Zaxby’s has an outstanding staff and manager. We stopped on a vacation and we were delighted with the customer service and excellent salad! Thanks! Mark and Yvonne.“

“The chicken is good, the beans were good, the biscuit was very good, sweet tea is good, and the Bo-berry cookies are good. The guy who rang up my meal couldn't count (tried to give me an extra dollar change back) but everyone was nice and the store was clean enough“

“Thank you so much! No matter how busy you get, you never forget to protect your customers. My son has a pineapple allergy, and every time you see our name — even without me reminding you — you use a clean knife to prevent any cross-contamination. That level of care means everything to us and helps avoid potential ER visits.

Our pizza is always made correctly, and the one time we ordered delivery and the driver left the pizza on the porch without notifying us, your team corrected the issue immediately.

We truly appreciate you all. Thank you again for your care and consistency!“

“stalls always closed, and they rely on the drive thru which is soooooooo slow and wrapped around the building. employees I've had contact with are super rude and have bad attitudes. ypu can't staff it, management is obviously poor, just do everyone a favor and shut it down“
