“Yall don’t be sleeping on this place . Should have people line out the door ! Not kidding . I don’t give reviews often . But when I say 5 stars I mean 500 stars cause it was some of the best food we’ve had in a long time . Not packaged it’s fresh . Husband had the catfish grilled it was great I had the smoked chicken and this cheese grits . And look don’t sleep on the Mac cheese cause I didn’t even order it and got it by mistake and it was the best mistake ever !!!! Can’t wait to go back for the steaks . Amazing food !!! We need to keep this place around . Can’t say enough good . And the sweet tea was good . And everyone can’t make sweet tea just saying . Go ! Do your self a favor !“

“The place is absolutely amazing the service was great and they were SO nice. The food was so good, I loved it SO much. I got a cheeseburger, and boneless wings, the patty was made to perfection. “I can’t really confirm the atmosphere since I ordered through DoorDash, but I will say that the food was delicious. I did a pick 2 half sandwich half salad. I got a Caesar salad that was great with loaded potato soup. They delivered to my hotel within 35 minutes, my soup was still hot and separated from the salad. There’s nothing worse than having your salad warm because they packed it all together. That was not the case here. I also got a toasted piece of French bread. It was perfect after a long day.“

“My FAVVVV go-to BAR in Tuscaloosa on Game Day!! Thank God we got there before they started charging cover because it was $40 per person when playing Texas ? Which is absolutely absurd. We couldn't even go upstairs for free after eating downstairs and getting there early.. But whatever. Still my favorite bar. They have the best fries and can't go wrong with traditional chicken fingers! Will always visit when in T-Town! And we also had the cutest bartender, Sarah? I think lol ?“

“I had breakfast for dinner. Now,I know so many think they're too upscale to go here, but those folks are missing out. When I walked in, it was VERY busy, the cook properly wearing a "Rock Star Cook" shirt. He looked really young, but DANG!!! He was slinging with the best of them! There was a crew of 4 and they were hopping the whole time! Either actively serving, cleaning, or organizing. Even for the couple of minutes when they weren't, they were looking for something to do! Oh, and the food was done to perfection. It only seems like you can't screw up breakfast until you've had floppy bacon, crispy eggs, and white or charred hashbrowns. And a heckuva LOT cheaper than fast food!
Do yourself a solid and try this place out. Or...go someplace and pay $20 plus tip...or go to fast food and pay $35 for the same amount of food.“

To forgetting things we asked for when taking our orders, to getting rude when asking for the things we asked for when we ordered our food. Brought our checks out , and then said she had to add gratuity, even tho one of my friends had already paid her ticket. She voided it out, and gave her the new ticket. Charged me gratuity on the 2 To-Go orders I had on my ticket. Thank goodness the manger split the Check up. The server was literally talking over my friend that was with us that was explaining the problems we were experiencing, and the manager finally told her to leave the conversation. We love the Gardendale location, we always go there with my daughter's whole ball team, and never once were we charged gratuity, and the service and food have always been excellent. The manager said, it was from corporate is the reason for mandatory gratuity for people 6 and over. Totally not true!!! Would NOT recommend the Tuscaloosa Mugshots!!!“

“Nicely made food. Chicken tetrazzini is the only thing I order from here but it makes me willing to try others. Every worker is nice over the phone and in-person despite how young they are. My only complaint is that their hours on google are misleading. Originally thought they were always closed on weekends but found out they are only closed fully on Sundays. On Saturdays, they are open from 10-2. Hope they fix the problem in the future.“

“I am a continuous customer and every time I come my needs are easily taken care of admit to the finest expectation OK, look if you put all the stuff in the bag is here you just like me by the front cashier and my food is always cooked fresh and hot, and I can tell by my experience every time I come here the kitchen man takes very well pride in his job I have seen him working here a minute and every time I come in here he expects nothing less than the best. The atmosphere it could use a more creativity look to it. It is more bland and basic but other than that, the food is great. The people are great. Your service has meet perfect expectation.“
