Not only was she an EXCELLENT server, but she was fun to hang out with too! Just wanted to brag on her this morning. 👏🏼👏🏼 You’ve got a good one with her! Thanks for everything, Aspen! 😁 We’ll be back to sit in your section!“

“Really nice salads for lunch. We.ordered.ahead for carry out. T the order was ready at the promised time. We did have a mixup with my wife's salad. The menu stated that it came with blue cheese dressing. We didn't realize until we got to our destination that they gave us ranch.“

“I went to Hoolies Grill tonight, August 26th, around 8 PM and I just have to say please support this business! I’m a faithful customer, and going to Hoolies is honestly a treat for me because the food is THAT delicious. The amazing customer service from the cashier and cooks is another big reason I keep coming back.

As soon as I walked in, the cashier and the two cooks were instantly so welcoming and kind. The customer service was honestly phenomenal.

I ordered the hummus dip, cheese sticks, bacon cheeseburger, okra, and the Swiss mushroom chicken sandwich. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also made some changes to my sandwich, and they got every single thing correct.

The restaurant was also clean and spacious, and they had everything you could need, from all the condiments to napkins and everything in between. It was just an overall really nice experience.

What really stuck out to me was how kind and welcoming the cashier and two cooks were. You don’t always get that kind of genuine customer service, and it really makes a difference.

Please support this business! The food is delicious, going there is always a treat for me, and the amazing cashier and cooks are a huge part of what keeps me coming back. I’ll definitely be back again! ❤“

“I never write reviews, but the service and server was horrible. To forgetting things we asked for when taking our orders, to getting rude when asking for the things we asked for when we ordered our food. Brought our checks out , and then said she had to add gratuity, even tho one of my friends had already paid her ticket. She voided it out, and gave her the new ticket. Charged me gratuity on the 2 To-Go orders I had on my ticket. Thank goodness the manger split the Check up. The server was literally talking over my friend that was with us that was explaining the problems we were experiencing, and the manager finally told her to leave the conversation. We love the Gardendale location, we always go there with my daughter's whole ball team, and never once were we charged gratuity, and the service and food have always been excellent. The manager said, it was from corporate is the reason for mandatory gratuity for people 6 and over. Totally not true!!! Would NOT recommend the Tuscaloosa Mugshots!!!“

“This is the second time I have used Tracy and it definitely won’t be the last! The food is absolutely delicious and the menu was catered to our liking. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing catering. The chicken tagine is a personal favourite😍😍😍😍 Tracy is so lovely as well❤️“

“I stopped in the store about a week ago and that was a server by the name of tiffany L very rude very disrespectful and it made me not want to stop at that location again. I won’t knock the location because it’s a great location. Everyone else was nice but she was very rude and disrespectful Tiffany L.“

“Our waitress Sheila made my twins day, she definitely makes sure to put a smile on everyone’s face and has an amazing attitude. If we are back in the area we would definitely go back to see her! All the employees were very friendly and greeted us with smiles! This is a great crew that deserves recognition!“

“I love coming to this restaurant when I'm in the Tuscaloosa area“

“This is a clean, straight forward restaurant. I was expecting the chain by the same name. I don't believe it is. The menu isn't huge either. What they serve, seems quite popular, mostly for take out. I was able to see some of the other entrees while waiting for my food. I will be going back to try a few other things. Prices vary and many items are cheaper than the item I got.

What did I get? 15 medium Wings. Only. I knew what I wanted and got it, no problem. The sauce had depth and good flavor. The wings were just right. They probably are a major seller, for a reason. Next time, a smaller wings and a salad will be my meal.“

“My FAVVVV go-to BAR in Tuscaloosa on Game Day!! Thank God we got there before they started charging cover because it was $40 per person when playing Texas ? Which is absolutely absurd. We couldn't even go upstairs for free after eating downstairs and getting there early.. But whatever. Still my favorite bar. They have the best fries and can't go wrong with traditional chicken fingers! Will always visit when in T-Town! And we also had the cutest bartender, Sarah? I think lol ?“

“Very good place to eat. Food was A1 The only thing is they need to put more sauce on the lemon pepper wings. 😋“

“Great food! Great service. Good music.“
