“Stopped by Flavors Bakery in Cullman and was greeted right as I walked in. They have a large selection of baked goods at fair prices, and when I asked if the offerings rotate, the staff explained that only their holiday items change seasonally. You can actually see the team preparing baked goods in the back, which adds a really nice touch and gives the whole place a warm, open feel.

I tried the orange roll and it was fantastic—soft, fresh, and full of flavor. They also offer coffee, with a clear menu posted up front. The shop itself is clean, bright, and well-kept, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The ability to see your pastries being made right behind the counter makes the experience even better.

“We headed to Duchess Bakery around 8:30am. They had doughnuts, doughnut holes, and bismarks. Customer service was excellent. 5 star experience. Chocolate bismark was amazing! Nothing can compare.“

“We did the tour. We had lots of fun. You could tell things were becoming run down just a touch because they said they could not find help. They were down from four employees to one and couldn't seem to find anyone to hire. Really nice people and the tour was so fun. We've enjoyed eating our apples. Took some home. Great prices.“

“I went in today and I asked the lady “how were the cream puffs?” She said they were pretty good so I got one of those and four cupcakes. In the parking lot, I ate the cream puff and let me tell you they were not pretty good. They were phenomenal! Once home, my son ate a cupcake and said that it was the best cupcake he’s ever had!
