“I had the most incredible experience with Savage’s Bakery in Homewood, AL I recently picked up a birthday cake that I had ordered and put it inside my car in the floorboard. My dog got so excited and jumped on top of the cake box and completely demolished it. After taking it back into Savage’s to see if they could repair it, they looked at it and said, give us a few minutes, we’ll take care of it. Within 20 minutes they texted me and said it was as good as new. Not only did they fix my beautiful cake, they wouldn’t let me pay or tip them for everything they did. Such amazing people that work at Savage’s! I will always remember such kindness!!! They are the BEST bakery ever!!!!!!“

“It is without a doubt, a great French bakery in Birmingham. The cream fillings, cherry filling / compote, the rich dark bold flavors of chocolate. You can taste the quality of ingredients and the skill that went into each dessert.

The flakiness of the crossaints, the crunch in every bite and to top it off,the burst of creme. With all the fillings, creams or fruit, you can still taste the butter.

There was a very long line as there should be. This location delivers as it promises! 🙌“

“Great tiny local bakery with some absolutely killer pastries when you're craving a little something sweet. We've had the croissants, pecan sticky buns, and fruit danishes - and all have been great. Every time we go we've tried something different and nothing is ever short of quality. Very small interior, basically just room for a few people to stand and the counter - but we don't really care about sitting inside, just be aware if that's your plan - there's no seating. Ladies behind the counter are always patient and kind.“
