“It is without a doubt, a great French bakery in Birmingham. The cream fillings, cherry filling / compote, the rich dark bold flavors of chocolate. You can taste the quality of ingredients and the skill that went into each dessert.

The flakiness of the crossaints, the crunch in every bite and to top it off,the burst of creme. With all the fillings, creams or fruit, you can still taste the butter.

I’m not sure what type of cream was under the apples, but I loved it. Hello Bakery is a must visit if you’re in Birmingham. Also, the shop owner (I’m assuming) was very kind. “Yesterday was my first time at Olexa’s and the experience was great. Our waitress was very helpful with her recommendations for a first-timer. She recommended the Smoked Turkey Sandwich with a side salad. It was delicious and came out quickly given there was a full house at lunchtime. We also had a slice of the quiche of the day which was delicious also. By the end of my meal, I was very full but of course, there’s always room for dessert.
