“I don't know if I'm the only one... They NEVER answer the phone. It doesn't matter what time of the day I call. I don't like to have to wait 20 min on food when I could call it in. Coupons or Wing day you cannot order on line. There is no telling how much business they are loosing. They always says something is wrong with their phone and will call AT & T again!!!
I decided to test them, while I'm waiting, just me in there, I called and watched the phone ring and 2 employees are standing there by the phone. The light was flashing but the ringer wasn't on!! REALLY?“
