“I wish I had gotten her name, but the lady working today was great. She was kind and made the sandwiches perfectly and they were really pretty, best experience we’ve had at a subway. She had multiple orders going with customers walking in and did a great job keeping track of all that. You could tell she kept the restaurant clean and very well organized. It is 7/12/26 and we were there at around 2:40pm. Subway please make sure she knows she was amazing!“

“I prefer to drive out of my way from closer franchises to this location. Always clean and presentable both in the main area and behind the counter. Staff is attentive and engaging and I have always been taken care of promptly and greeted when entering - small things that go a long way.“

“Only thing that could have made this better is if they'd fix an issue I perceive with the drive thru part. Most to near all subways don't have one. So just having one is . Problem. It takes ?? to make subs on the spot.
When I worked at a pizza hut with a drive thru, it was meant for only the order aheads. That way you don't have someone pulling up ordering whatever yo take 10+ minutes then sitting there the whole time.... even if they still had a bit of ⏲️ remaining, we'd inform them to wait there but if a car pulled up behind them for them to please pull to a spot and we'd bring it to them so we could check what the next ?‍♂️?‍♂️were there for.

“Great service, delicious sandwiches and awesome sweet tea! Ordered 3 combos, medium sandwich special for $6.99 each! Food delivered to our table quickly, and just as we ordered! Restaurant well stocked and clean, and staff was friendly! I Highly recommend trying out their subs!

“I had such a great experience dining in at Firehouse Subs in Enterprise today! I came in with my two toddlers (which can sometimes be a bit hectic), but Breezy, the woman who took my order, made everything so much easier. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming—not just to me, but to my kids as well.
What really stood out was how thoughtful she was. She gave us extra water cups for the kids without me even having to ask, which was such a small gesture but made a big difference. She was also very friendly and engaging, making the whole experience feel enjoyable instead of stressful.
It’s not every day you come across service like that. Breezy went above and beyond, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant—we’ll absolutely be back!

“I called in an order to this location today, three different sandwiches and it was kinda a lot to do. But the sandwhiches were PERFECT! The bread was fresh and the cookies were cooked just right. Probably the best meatball sub I've ever had from subway!“
