“We ate there last night and it was delicious..broiled shrimp, cole slaw and baked potato were all delicious. I wish they could open for lunch. Parking needs improvement and it's real dark in parking lot. All the workers that helped us were great!“

“It was my first time ever to go through the drive-thru at this Cap'n D's, and it was pleasantly surprising. The girl took my order with only a hint of frustration at my not understanding her on the intercom. I drive around, and almost immediately after the car ahead of me gets their order, my order is ready. The girl very nicely takes my payment and gives me my food. Done deal! It was fast and pleasant. I do recommend the Cap'n D's here in Demopolis, as we've been coming here for years. But I do recommend checking your order before leaving. It's better for everyone.“

“I came in on Easter and everyone greeted me with good morning or Happy Easter. I have not seen such a high spirited atmosphere in a restaurant in a long time. Everyone worked as a team from refilling coffee to bringing out the food. I will definitely stop here again if I ever come back to Demopolis Alabama just for the smiling faces. My food was good but the customer service made me feel as if I was home with family and friends. I came around 8 am on a Sunday. Thank you all for exceptional customer service.“
“1st time going here, we sat at the bar and had a couple beer. The beer was ice cold and crisp, it was great. The food was really good, we ordered a couple of appetizers and some bread pudding. The service was great, Hunter was so nice and helpful when we asked her opinion about things on the menu. I would most definitely recommend this place for casual night out.“
